About Us
Marcia Doran offers an extensive understanding of school psychology within the K -12 education system. Her expertise lies within the evaluation process geared at helping kids learn in the classroom. She worked in Arizona public schools for 12 years, and she has a vast appreciation for the work done within schools to support kids. Marcia is a Midwest girl at heart. Marcia received her undergraduate degree in psychology at Northern Illinois University (NIU) as a Husky swimmer. She then graduated with a Master's degree and Educational Specialist's degree in School Psychology from the University of Wisconsin - Stout.
Marcia made the journey out west to complete her internship in school psychology and has fallen in love with the Phoenix area. Her experience began in the Deer Valley Unified School District followed by supporting the Phoenix Union High School District (PXU). While in PXU, Marcia served as a school psychologist for 12 years before serving as the district’s Lead Psychologist.
